Refund policy

Local pick up:

Items purchased in store can be returned for a full refund pending item is un-opened, unused and presented back in store within 30 days from purchase.

Online purchase: 

Item(s) purchased via The Pilates Depot Store online can be returned for a refund, credit note or exchange if the customer can provide proof of purchase and ship the item back un-opened and unused within 30 days of purchase. All items for return are posted at the customers expense.
